Stephen Emerson "Stevie" Clinkenbeard went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 13th, 2013 in Shawnee after a long illness. Born August 4, 1995 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William Clinkenbeard and the late Ann Marie Shepherd Clinkenbeard.
Stevie had a passion for his prison ministry. He enjoyed creating beautiful works of art in cards that he would mail to the inmates so that each might have mail and know that Stevie was thinking and praying for them. More importantly, he wanted others to know the love of Christ. He loved to play video games, swim and watch OSU Football.
Stevie is preceded in death by his mother Ann Marie, grandparents Paul and Marie Shepherd, a uncle Steve Shepherd.
Survivors include his father William "Billy" Clinkenbeard of Seminole, paternal grandparents Paula and Coy Clinkenbeard of Seminole, one brother Joshua Clay Clinkenbeard of Seminole; aunt and uncle Paula Kay and Butch Milam, and Pamela Roberson, and Clayton Taylor numerous other relatives, and church family friends.
Pall bearers will be Antonio Sambrano, Jeff Smith, Shawn West, Brian Harjo, Jermiah Johnson and Jeremy Hinton. Honorary pall bearers Johnny Meeks, Dalton Roberson, Dylan Roberson, Micah Smith, Dustin Davidson, DeLayne Roberson, and Joshua Clinkenbeard.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 16, 2013 at Lord's Community Church, Seminole with Pastor Jim Moreland officiating and Nita Moreland assisting. Burial will be at Little Cemetery.
