Wewoka resident Annie Ree Brown, passed away Thursday, February 12,2009 in Holdenville, Oklahoma, at the age of 68 years.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 21, 2009
at First Baptist Church Wewoka, with Rev. Benson officiating and burial at
Westwood Cemetery.

Born October 14, 1940 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Johnnie and Juanita Hunter Brown. She attended Douglas High School in Wewoka, Oklahoma, OK.She attended Byng Vocational School for one year in the nursing program. She worked for Oakridge Nursing Home as an LPN, retiring in 1998.

Annie was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She loved spending
time with her grandchildren and collecting Elephants, and making quilts.
Her life revolved around her family.

Preceding her in death her father Johnnie Brown and grandson Phillip Hunt,
companion Manuel Carolina Sr. and step-son Jason Carolina

a host of other relatives and friends.
