6Wake Service for Wewoka resident Katherine Jo Alexander are scheduled
for 7:30 PM Tuesday evening at Middle Creek #2 Indian Baptist Church with Rev. George Harjochee and Rev. Steve Holata officiating.
Funeral Service scheduled for 1:30 PM Wednesday, November 26,2008
at Middle Creek #2 Church with interment at Hawkins Family Cemetery.

Born January 11, 1935 in Wewoka, OK to Major and Dora Mae (Stewart)
Hawkins. She passed away Saturday, November 22, 2008 in Ada, Ok. at
the age of 73 years.
She graduated from Spaulding High School and Seminole Jr.
College where she received her LPN License.

Katherine Jo married Leroy Alexander, March 2, 1967 in Midwest City
Oklahoma. She worked for Indian Health Service and retired in 1995.

Preceding her in death are her parents, infant twin sister, and infant brother
Joseph.
Survivors include: husband Leroy Alexander of the Home: five sons
Roy (Bunny) Yargee T.J. Yargee ,Squeege Yargee, Ledon Alexander, and Leroy Alexander Jr.:
one daughter: LaDoria Williams, three granddaughters, Donelle Alexander,
Randi Alexander , Sheryl Lynn Fields, two grandsons: Franklin Sinclair
and Ronnie Alexander, one sister Barbara Wolfe.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Wolfe, Tommy Hawkins, Jarrod Stewart,
Russell Stewart, Brandon Kemble, and Joe Stewart.
