Funeral service for Elisa Rachalle Armstrong of Ft. Smith, AR, formerly of Ada, will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada, OK. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, OK. Officiating will be Rev. Harold Williams.

Mrs. Armstrong died Thursday, December 3, 2009 in Ft. Smith, AR at the age of 35. She was born September 15, 1974 in Ada, OK to Susan Pittman. She married Gregg Armstrong on October 10, 2002 in Van Buren, AR.

Mrs. Armstrong attended Ada Public Schools while growing up and graduated from Ada in 1992. She enjoyed being a homemaker, she loved her children, taking pictures, and writing letters.

Mrs. Armstrong is survived by her husband: Greg Armstrong of the home; one son: Tyrus Lee Hoover of Dallas, TX; three daughters: Linda Sue Thomas and Alexis Areal Armstrong both of Ft. Smith, AR and Elizabeth Renae Hoover of Dallas, TX; her mother: Susan Herrod and stepfather John of Ada, OK; two brothers: John Thomas and his wife Tanna and Justin Thomas all of Ada, OK; and one grandchild.

Pallbearers: Ray Gomez, Jimmy Jones, John Herrod, Brian Alexander, Aldon Neeley, and Perry Epley III.

Honorary Pallbearer: Bob Easley.
