Ms. Brakebill died Friday, June 19, 2009 at Mary Hurley Hospital in Coalgate, OK at the age of 60. She was born May 25, 1949 in Phoenixville, PA to Earl Buck and Julia Sawyer Buck.

Ms. Brakebill move to Tupelo from McCook, Nebraska in 1992, she also had lived in Coalgate, OK for several years. She was a homemaker and she loved to sew, going to yard sales, and traveling.

Ms. Brakebill is survived by five sons: Mike Blagg and his wife Rochelle of Oklahoma City, OK, Earl Blagg and his wife Amy of Coalgate, OK, Thomas Blagg of Oklahoma City, OK, Jim Blagg of McCook, Nebraska, and Edward Jefrey of Ada, OK; two daughters: Miranda Blagg of Antlers, OK and Cynthia Adams and her husband Charley of Atoka, OK; her father: Earl Buck of Two Rivers, Wisconsin; her mother: Julia Stone of McCook, Nebraska; one brother: Ron Buck of McCook, Nebraska; one sister: Sandra McConts of Lordsburg, New Mexico; eighteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her step-father: Harold Stone; and both sets of grandparents.
