Funeral services for former Holdenville resident, Debbie Bible, 57, are to be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, July 21, 2008 in Holdenville at Hudson-Phillips Chapel. Reverend Darrell “Bo” Gibbs will officiate and burial will be at Holdenville Cemetery under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, 301 East Main, Holdenville, Oklahoma 74848. Pallbearers are James Bible, Bryan Bible, Rusty Bible, Darren Bible, Jacob Baca, and Andy Baca. Honorary pallbearers are Benny Hester and Robert Keeley. Debbie passed away in Oklahoma City on Thursday, July 17, 2008.

Deborah Lynn Harwell Bible was born February 11, 1951 in Seminole, Oklahoma to O.T. and Lela (Storey) Harwell. She graduated high school in Wortham, Texas and on Valentine’s Day, 1977 married Lee Bible in Holdenville. Debbie worked as Laboratory Services Director for Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas and loved caring for animals and collected “Harmony Kingdom” porcelain figurines. She enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and was happiest when her family was close to her.

Surviving are Debbie’s husband, Lee, of the home; her children: James Bible and wife, Tami, of Holdenville; Bryan Bible and wife, Brenda, of Austin, Texas; and Tiffany Keeley and husband, Robert, of Edmond; grandchildren: Brittany Bible, Rachel Bible, Bradley Bible and Julian Keeley; and one brother, Ronnie Harwell, and wife, JoAnn, of Sallisaw.
