If for any reason, a family is not completely satisfied with any portion of a service we have provided, we will refund the money for that specific service.
When the funeral service is complete and the loved ones have all gone home, we are here to answer questions, visit, or do anything we can to help the survivors start taking a few steps back to a normal life.
Many families today prefer to make funeral arrangements in advance. We do not provide this service through door to door solicitation, but we invite those who would appreciate our assistance in advanced funeral planning to visit us. If requested, we will make a personal in-home visit.
