Obituary for Claude Terrell Timmons

Claude Terrell Timmons (Jack) age 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 22, 2019 at his home in Ada, Oklahoma. He was born February 13, 1933 in Ada Oklahoma to Fred and Della Rachel Latta. He was a life long resident of Ada, Oklahoma. Jack is preceded in death by his wife Fern Deon Timmons, son, Micheal Dwayne Timmons and his father and mother.

He married Fern Deon Timmions (Scott) on February 13, 1956 in Ada, Oklahoma. He worked for Cambells Furniture and Carpet for many long years displaying a wonderful talent for laying carpet before retiring in 1979. Jack truly lived life to the fullest, he enjoyed fishing and camping and taking excellent care of his lawn and home. He loved his family and friends unconditionally and enjoyed his grand children and great grand children.

Jack had an uncanny ability to make people feel welcome and loved that went far beyond anything else. His is survived by five sons; Terell Timmons of Vanoss, Oklahoma, Randal Paul Timmons of Asher, Oklahoma, Lloyd David Timmons of Asher, Oklahoma, Stacey Wade Timmons of Ada, Oklahoma, Lesile Carter of Ada, Oklahoma and John Cross of Ada, Oklahoma. Two daughters; Eddie Kay Drawbuagh and Jorita Pursiville Chandler both of Ada, Oklahoma, eleven grand children and a host of great grand children.

He will be missed by many.
