Obituary for Leila Mae Mulliniks

Sasakwa resident Leila Mae (Corley) Mulliniks, age 90 departed this life on Saturday at Heritage Village Nursing Home, Holdenville, OK. She was born April 20, 1928 in Senoia, Georgia to the late Reuben James Corley and Ludelia Obie Hendrix. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, canning, reading the bible and watching the Atlanta Braves. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Preceding Leila in death are her parents, one son Glenn Dale Mulliniks, brother Willis Leonard Corley and sister Mary Louise Mitchell.

Survivors include son Dave Mulliniks of Sasakwa, OK, daughter Vickie Gaye Benefield of Forsyth, Georgia, thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.,

Pall bearers will be Michael David Mulliniks, Rodney Lee Mulliniks, Rick Shannon Mulliniks, Zachary Mulliniks, and Charles Shelton.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 2, 2018 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Dustin Cemetery.
